- Check to make sure house under construction is the same house submitted for appraisal.
- Pictures for work completed and property identifier. (sent by email)
- CLS can place small lender signs at construction site for lender advertising. (maximum 3' x 3' sign)
- Results are returned by the end of the next business day unless otherwise requested.
- CLS can custom design a draw sheet for lender or choose from many different samples on file.

- Report shows the percentage of completion.
